Internet Activity	Internet or other electronic network activity information including browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website, such as your IP address, time zone, referring links, the websites you visit before and after visiting the website, mouse movements, cookie ID, browser type, internet service provider, device ID, operating system, and the date and time of your visit. Audio and Video Recordings	We may use a third-party software tool to take pictures and make video and/or audio recordings in or outside your home or property to aid in preparing an estimate, performing repairs or remodeling services, to consult with third-party service providers, or to collect information necessary for us to perform the Services and demonstrate that we have completed the Services. We record customer service calls (as disclosed on inbound calls via prompts) using a third-party software tool. We maintain security videos in our business locations where tools and supplies are maintained. We use cameras in our trucks for safety purposes.
Professional or Employment Information	Professional or employment-related information that you provide when you apply for a job with us or when you are hired for a position with us.
Educational Information	Education-related information, including information you provide when you apply for a position with us.
Inferences	Inferences drawn from other categories of Personal Information we collect are used to create a profile about your consumer preferences and purchasing tendencies.
Sensitive Personal Information (Precise Geolocation Data)	We may collect precise location data, such as GPS coordinates, cell tower logs, or Wi-Fi access points, to determine your physical location with high accuracy in order to perform the Services.

Opt-Out Signal. Depending on where you live, you may opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information collected through Cookies enabled on our website by broadcasting a recognized opt-out preference signal. Appeal Process.

Time to Appeal: If you choose to appeal our denial of your consumer privacy rights request, you must submit your appeal within sixty (60) days of your receipt of our denial.

How to Appeal: To appeal, submit your request using any of the contact methods listed under “How to Exercise Your Consumer Privacy Rights.”

When We Will Respond: Within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of your appeal, we will notify you in writing of our decision to grant or deny your appeal. Our response will include an explanation of the reasons for our decision.

If We Deny Your Appeal: If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with a written response which includes information about how you can submit a complaint to your state Attorney General’s Office or relevant government agency.

How to Exercise Your Consumer Privacy Rights

When we receive your request: (a) we will acknowledge that we have received it; (b) we will try to match the information you provide in making the request with Personal Information we already maintain; and (c) we may need additional information to comply with your request or to verify your identity, if so, we may ask you to provide such additional information needed to comply with your request or authenticate your identity.

Making a Rights Request

Verifiable Consumer Requests. For your request(s) to access and know, request deletion of your Personal Information, correct, data portability, opt-out of sale or sharing of Personal Information for targeted advertising or profiling, and list of third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information, we may need to authenticate your identity to comply with the request. In order to authenticate your identity, you must provide us sufficient information to allow us to reasonably authenticate that you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information, and you must describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to respond.

We will only use Personal Information we collect during the verification process for the purpose of verifying your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity as required by applicable laws and regulations, we will decline to comply with your request and let you know why. If additional information is required to process your request, we will notify you of the specific information necessary to comply with your request.

When We Will Respond. We will try to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period permitted under applicable law.

Use of Authorized Agents.

For Opt-Out Requests: Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Texas may use an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise their opt-out right on their behalf.

If you appoint an authorized agent to exercise your opt-out rights, we will ask the authorized agent to provide us with verification of their authority to act on your behalf. For Other Requests By Authorized Agents: California residents may use an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise their rights to know, right to request deletion, right to correct, or other consumer privacy rights. If you appoint an authorized agent to submit these rights requests, we will ask the agent to provide us with verification of their authority to act on your behalf. We may also ask you to do either of the following: (i) verify your own identity directly with us or (ii) directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
